With an extensive range of plywood and architectural panelling solutions available for many different applications, it’s important to select a suitable fixing method to ensure an easy install and professional finish.

Here are six of Maxiply's recommended fixing methods to help you find the right solution for your project.

CONCEALED PLUG SYSTEM

Pre-drilled 10mm holes at specific points as per lay-out plans with colour and grain and colour matching real-timber plugs.

Works with: Maxi Panel, Maxi Print, Maxi Film, Maxi Edge, Maxi Veneer, Koski Décor

Z-CLIP SYSTEM

Works with: Maxi Clad 3D, Maxi Line, Maxi Panel, Maxi Print, Maxi Film, Maxi Edge, Maxi Veneer, Koski Décor

SHIP-LAP T&G SYSTEM

Board is fastened through the tongue of the profile. This fastener is then covered up by the groove of the next-in-line profile providing a clean, fixing free look. Suitable for both wall and ceiling applications.

Works with: Maxi Clad

CHANNEL & CLIP SYSTEM

A channel and clip is provided for the panel to clip and move along the channel to create a flush finish. Works well on strip-style claddings. Suitable for both wall and ceiling applications.

ACOUSTIC MOUNTING SYSTEM

Works for both holes and slots. After the black acoustic fabric is fastened onto the back of the sheet, a 3mm MDF strip is fastened across the back of the sheet. The fastener is then driven through the slot or hole from the front of the sheet, through the 3mm MDF and in the batten or stud.
