One of the key reasons why the homeowner is particularly fond of this property lies in its exceptional prime river view. Adopting the designer’s signature modern minimalist language and a sense of fluid visual flow, the design language fades into the background, returning to the essence of the architecture itself. It cleverly integrates the indoor space with the vibrant outdoor scenery, infusing the home with a natural and pure minimalist beauty.

The concept of LUDZI (Column of Remembrance) in the As-Salam Mosque reflect the religious belief that goes beyond the function of columns as mere structure elements.

Located within West Lake’s protected zone, the property underwent a landscape-led restoration project to preserve and reinterpret its cultural and architectural legacy. The result is a harmonious blend of heritage and contemporary design, where architecture and interiors echo the poetic landscapes of Hangzhou, creating a sanctuary where nature, culture, and modern luxury meet in perfect balance.

As the first facility of its kind in the city, it is strategically located within the Data Technology Hub in TKO, seamlessly integrating XR technology with co-working and event spaces to foster collaboration.

A government funded Jackfruit processing plant in rural Meghalaya is part of a farmers' cooperative, which serves not just as a space for production and movement of goods but also as a community centre to an isolated populace. The facility takes into consideration the needs of its users, climatic conditions and the realities of the remote location whilst providing an affordable intervention with value added benefits.

An homage to traditional shophouses, MSD-House is home to a family of five spanning three generations and their helper. Located in a leafy suburb close to the city centre, this three-storey inter-terrace house is replete with architectural features typical of peranakan homes of yore, including a charming pintu pagar gracing the centralised main doorway. This enables cross ventilation while maintaining privacy for the occupants within, reducing the need for air-conditioning on cooler days.
