This resort consists of 1 main building as a lobby and multi-function room, located in the middle and connects the parking area with the garden in the back.
The main building is surrounded by 8 villa buildings which are all oriented towards the main building with a landscaping arrangement that keep the privacy of each villa. .
Each villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, and family room located on the veranda of the house. Besides for family gathering, this living room is designedly placed in the front of each villa as an area of interaction between one villa with another, in accordance with the basic concept of this resort: "Basudara" which means "Brotherhood", one of the basic family values in North Sulawesi. .
