Range of Decoustics custom-engineered Linear Wood and Linear Grille options gives flexibility to designing with wood aesthetic and delivers quick and easy installation onsite. All products are manufactured for a precise fit and delivered on site a finished product, saving you time and cost during the installation phase.
Linear Wood and Grille ceilings consist of solid No-Added Urea Formaldehyde (NAUF) fire rated Class A MDF core with a natural wood veneer laminated to all visible surfaces. All systems install onto a heavy duty 15/16” (23.8mm) T-bar grid.
Flexible design and variety of customization options are available to achieve your design intent: varying blade/plank width, length and height, number of blades/planks per module, trim accessories, mitered edges, design returns, spacing, custom color and natural wood veneer. Decoustics linear wood and grille products are available in nine of our most popular veneers with the option of sourcing different wood species or adding custom sheen to resemble other types of wood. All of our natural wood veneers are premium grade, additionally, all materials are available responsibly sourced by the Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC® C020536) and certified by NEPCon, bearing the marks of the Rainforest Alliance® as an advocate for responsible supply chains.
For added security, our Cross Piece Grille come with a dovetail joint assembly, which ensures that the blades will stay in place and will not be knocked over. This particular assembly ideally for ceilings, and is especially beneficial for wall applications where panels are located within hand reach.
We offer accessible standard and custom mounting options for design flexibility, and for added performance you may opt in to add an easily integrated acoustical backing to increase noise absorption and achieve a more polished look.
• Dowel Grille
Grille system that hangs below heavy-duty 15/16″ (23.8mm) T-bar grid, whereas the dowel clips snap onto the T-bar. Dowel Grille is 100% accessible without the use of tools.
• Cross Piece Grille
Cross Piece Grille panel secured to heavy-duty 15/16″ (23.8mm) T-bar grid with mounting grids. For access to the plenum, easily remove screws to disengage suspension.
• Panelized Linear Wood
Panelized linear wood is screwed to heavy-duty 15/16″ (23.8mm) T-bar grid using Decoustics approved fasteners.
• Continuous Linear Wood
Steel mounting clips screw into heavy duty 15/16″ (23.8mm) T-bar grid using Decoustics approved fasteners. Optional black felt strips are inserted between the panels. Felt strips and steel mounting clips are supplied by Decoustics.
