‘ATIVO’ Type F show unit
This residential project commissioned by TA Global is a spacious and lush dual key condominium unit, inspired by the motto ‘classic is the new modern’. The designers had in mind grey tones and muted colours the choice for interior decors, accessories and finishes, with light marble and brass inlays to enhance the classy space. The choice of grey wooden panel walls were to complement and bring out the beautifully selected marble.
Upon stepping into the living area, visitors will be able to notice the subtle usage of concealed lighting which gives the interior a gentle and more spacious feel. Design aficionados will also notice placements of top notch quality designer items such as brass lamps by Tom Dixon to further enhance the exclusive space.
The bar area is fitted with a versatile marble island counter that can cater to displaying hors d’oeuvres during posh gatherings to wine tasting during intimate receptions. It is fitted with polished brass rimmed bar stools covered with an emerald green velvet - colours intentionally standing out from the general colour scheme to highlight its exquisite beauty. The beautiful minimalist marble wall and ledge lends a perfect background for photos while not stealing the limelight from the other areas.
Bronze tinted mirror feature wall, marble topped table and comfortable upholstered suede oversized custom made dining chairs in the dining area all contribute to a chic dining experience. Next to the dining area lies the kids’ playroom, hosting a striped tepee, a comfortable superhero custom made rug as well as a very unique feature - a small window opening for the parents to keep an eye on their children from the kitchen!
"Sleep is the golden chain that ties health and our bodies together.”

The en suite bedrooms are fitted with dark wood flooring, plush fabrics and plenty of stylish throw pillows. The master bedroom, blessed with an abundance of natural sunlight, hones dark grey walls and full brass inserts while the guest room presents honoured guests with a light toned room fitted with brass tinted mirror and full brass inserts. All rooms fully utilise the power of concealed lighting for maximum comfort and a heightened room space, making the space feel more spacious. It is also worth noting that the designers have chosen different décor items for each places as each room runs by different yet complementary themes.
Attached to this show unit is a studio unit. Inspired by classy bachelor pads, this dark and classy unit boasts a small pantry equipped with a Smeg fridge and plenty of space for ornaments and light display items. On the other side of the room lies a gorgeous brass tinted see through display cabinet to make the corridor space more spacious through its transparency. The room is finished with a pair of unique down lamps that can be seen reflected on the grey tinted mirror, giving it an impeccable touch of elegance to impress and turn all visitors into potential buyers.
