Globally acclaimed Japanese Architect Kengo Kuma has collaborated with Rolls-Royce on a bespoke ‘Dawn’ convertible. The first-of-its-kind luxury car will debut as a moving representation of the new luxury residence ‘The Kita’ in central Tokyo, designed by Kengo Kuma. 1

The Bespoke car was created for the exclusive use of the owner of the unique residence, ‘The Kita Tea House’ and is viewed as an extension of the penthouse for the owner to enjoy. The luxury car’s interior was design by Kengo Kuma and is a reflection of the serenity and beauty he created in The Kita Tea House. The penthouse owner will not only have their very own bespoke Rolls-Royce to drive, but they will also be flown to Tokyo for a private consultation at Kengo Kuma’s studio, to have the interiors of the penthouse exclusively designed to their exact specifications.1

The Kita Tea House is so named for it’s rooftop tea house which is complimented by an infinity pool and views to the City and the Eternal Forest of the Meiji Shrine. The penthouse features a total of 10,000 square feet of living space across three levels, half of which is outdoors.

“The design is mainly about light,” Kuma said. “Light can change our daily life... and make it richer and deeper.” 2

The luxury Kita Tea House and the one-of-a-kind Rolls-Royce ‘Dawn’, is certain to change the future owners daily life and make it very rich and vibrant indeed!
