In 2010, starting from Dadong Restaurant, Mr. Liu Daohua, who was born in architectural design, began to formally enter the field of catering design, and has since created one classic work after another. The Tasting in Jiangnan project in Nanjing is his first time to enter a five-star hotel to do catering design. This is a brand new departure.

As a restaurant guided by chef culture, Jiangnanzao Chinese restaurantis operated under the apprenticeship of Mr. Hou Xinqing, a well-known chef of Huaiyang cuisine. Unlike traditional five-star hotel catering, he hopes Pinsiu Jiangnan can combine hotel catering attributes and society at the same time. The catering attribute not only exists as a supporting service of the hotel, this is also the original intention of Pinyan Jiangnan's cooperation with Mr. Liu Daohua.

Pinxuan Jiangnan Chinese Restaurant, located on the 50th floor of Nanjing Golden Eagle G Hotel, is a high-end Chinese restaurant with Huaiyang flavor as its mainstay. The characteristics of Li, lead the diners to embark on a unique oriental ancient charm of Jianghuai water town food tour, with exquisite craftsmanship to present Jinling diners with a delicious and luxurious experience in the cloud.

The designer is good at transforming natural life into elements in the space. Inspired by rural settlements in the south of the Yangtze River, traditional settlements have rich forms and similar spatial prototypes behind them. The design breaks the original monotonous spatial framework, and integrates the eaves of traditional buildings, the gathering villages, the rural roads and other elements. The original single space is reshaped with architectural techniques, and finally the spaces of the settlements are presented with bronze and wood.

The organic curve of the dome and the straight line contrast of the eaves also achieve the balance and harmony of the visual effect. The design extracts the elements of the settlement houses, reorganizes them with contemporary artistic language, and embellishes them in the interior with a sense of architectural space, realizing a tension collision between traditional and modern architecture, integrating the spirit of freedom and contemporary consciousness, and awakening the accumulated field of diners memory.

The overall design is based on dark brown, embellished with dark and light logs and elegant brass. The jumping and calm colors are intertwined to produce a delicate sense of hierarchy, which fully creates a space with style and quality.

As the city flower of Nanjing, the plum blossom is located at the top of the twenty-four flower letters. Not only the appearance of the flower is sparse and elegant, but the five-petal petals also have the auspicious meaning of "the plum blossoms and five blessings". The designer extracts the plum blossom pattern, retains its most classic symbols, and creates an artistic sense of light with rich layers and shadows for the ceiling.

Like sunlight, the light and shadow of the plum blossom's dark fragrance wafted down. These interlaced petals are the mark of life and form a majestic artistic tension. On the premise of satisfying the basic functional lighting, more and more ambient lighting, installation lighting, and scene control have become the basic demands for taste of high-end dining.

As the theme concept element, "Plum Blossom" is interpreted in different details of the space, forming a thematic design throughout the entire space. The bright plum blossom wall decoration on the wall and the pattern composed of customized ceramic tiles also echo the elements of plum blossom. Numerous petal-shaped elements together constitute the splendid blooming potential of Jiangnan stove.

The cafe area is located in the focal area of the entrance. Its design is different from conventional practices and incorporates the concept of traditional gardens. Customers follow the space and pass through a clean and experienced "forest path" under the modern deconstructed eaves. , To enclose a place for tasting, communication, and leisure. The design builds a variety of seating scenarios here to match the diverse needs of different groups of people.

The style of the furniture presents a simple yet high-quality sense of quality. The reddish brown, log and black are superimposed to form different color levels, which is full of elegance.
