The living area is further defined by an irregular song coffee table by Minotti, incorporating the curved wall design of the space. Ideal for board games and entertaining, this piece adds a touch of sophistication to the room. The Landfield Rug by Minotti also plays an important role to add warmth and texture to the overall design.

The study area, seamlessly integrated into the living area, features a stunning art piece by Daniel Arsham, creating a workspace that is both functional and stylish. A marble base with crystal glass cover is custom made for the showcase of this artpiece, which is one of the owner’s favourite art collection. A recessed linear lighting has been installed on the ceiling of the living area and study area, adding an element of sophistication and functionality to the space. This lighting system not only illuminates the area but also extends the space visually.

The kitchen itself is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including coffee machines, dishwasher, steam oven, double-door fridge, and a special condiment cabinet. The pièce de résistance, however, is the marble-top dining table interlocking with the enlarged island worktop, together with the 6 Fil Noir Dining Chair by Minotti, which encourage lively conversation between the homeowner and their guests. The minimal Italian made Viabizzuno brass pendant lamp creating good ambience without sacrifying the harbour view. Another focus for the gentlemen is the bespoke whisky corner, crafted from dark-stained wood and featuring a custom-built cabinet with glass doors that showcase the homeowner's exceptional collection.

The functional walk-in closet, hidden behind a stainless steel glass door, provides ample storage space for the clients' belongings, while the master washroom is fully equipped with two sinks, a cozy bathtub with shower and a spacious area for relaxing or dressing up.
