Flexible tape for ArmaFlex end seams
Self-adhering 2" tape specifically engineered to cover end joints of AP ArmaFlex Black LapSeal tube material. Provides added joint seam security and a clean look to pipe insulation applications. For use on end seams that have already been sealed with ArmaFlex 520 adhesive. Not intended for longitudinal seams.
Application Notes:
-Not intended to replace ArmaFlex 520 adhesive on the end seams or longitudinal seams.
-End joints should be securely glued first, and then taped as needed.
-Tape is for secondary seam security for end seams only. Do not use on longitudinal seams.
-Pre-cut the strips to size to allow a 2” overlap on the circumference.
-Do not over tighten. Taped seam should not compress the foam insulation.
