Villa Jogja is a tropical-themed villa compound

Located in the center of the city, the complex consists of six villa units. Each of the units is a two storey property with a spacious bedroom, open kitchen, and open communal space. The openness is a response to the tropical climate, enabling the house to get good air circulation and natural lighting.
For a natural and tropical look, we applied a wood-textured ceiling, exposed concrete, and wood accent on the facade. On the inside, each unit has a private backyard, giving a
total open space for the tenants to enjoy their planned activities.
