The Grand Hyatt, owned by Bonifacio Landmark Realty and Development Corporation, is a 66-storey tower composed of 32 levels for office space, 14 levels for hotel rooms, and 350 residential units, and a podium for high-end retail establishments.

EEI was in charge of the general construction works and architectural works of the superstructure.
