Mie Ayam Dihidang is a 125 m² noodle shop with a café-style concept located in Bekasi, designed to offer a unique and down-to-earth noodle dining experience. Set on a sloped street in what used to be a residential rental house, the project faced the challenge of transforming the space with minimal structural intervention while still creating a distinct and inviting atmosphere.
Inspired by Japanese noodle bars with a veranda-style twist, the design highlights include a signature green-tiled roof, exposed wooden ceiling beams, and the warm texture of mixed materials such as solid wood, woodgrain HPL, and PVC sheets—bringing an intimate yet relaxed ambiance.
The space is carefully crafted to maximize comfort, making it an ideal hangout spot for visitors looking to enjoy mie ayam in a cozy and unpretentious setting. Completed in just 7 months, the project successfully met the client’s expectations and continues to attract a steady stream of customers.
