MODLiving Furnishing was established in August 2011 to meet the demands of the modern urban family for unique, functional, and comfortable home furniture. The store’s mission is to provide practical lifestyle solutions that trigger the creativity and style of Filipinos, emboldening and encouraging them to experience their home in a whole new light.

With the extensive experience and expertise of the team behind MODLiving Furnishing, the store is able to carry furniture pieces that strike a balance between clever design, unparalleled comfort, and affordability. Their knowledge in the area of interesting and arresting furniture also allows them to serve commercial establishments like cafes and restaurants, especially when it comes to trendy and quality dining chairs and tables.

MODLiving Furnishing is operated by iSpace Furnishing Inc. with headquarters at their 500-sq.m. showroom at the Westgate Alabang Home Depot along Alabang Zapote Road in Muntinlupa City. In December 2012, MODLiving Furnishing opened its second showroom at the E-Square Building, 416 Ortigas Avenue, North Greenhills, San Juan City. By the second quarter of 2013, MODLiving Furnishing launch a new online shop that specializes in selling dining chairs.
