Reconstruction of the Admiral hotel which will be a 126 rooms 5 star luxury boutique hotel with amenities such as all day dining, bar, gym & spa, swimming pools, function and meeting rooms. The hotel will be situated on a separate lots 14.55 meters apart which will be in the original site with a lot size of 1,655.34 m² and it is where the hotel guest will enter. The main hotel will have 9 floors including basement and a roof deck. It will house among others the grand lobby, coffee shop and guest rooms, a roof deck with a swimming pool, Indoor and Outdoor dining & bar. The Annex will be situated in a nearby lot with a lot size of 1.630.70 m² the structure which will house the annex will be a mixed use with the lower floor allocated to the annex and the higher floors allocated to luxury residential condominium units for sale. The Annex will house an all day dining, gym & spa, indoor swimming pool, guest room, function & meeting room, with a total gross floor area of 13,361.56 m².
