The Mezzanine Pallet Loading Gate provides safe and controlled access whilst loading pallets onto elevated mezzanine floors using a forklift or other lifting device.
The pallet loading gate protects the fall edge during mezzanine loading operations ensuring the safety of workmen whilst in the danger area.
Pallet Loading Gate does not provide fall protection on two sides. Should side protection be required, additional handrail modules will be required and installed separately to the mezzanine gate.
With an overall required height clearance of only 1900mm these gates can fit almost anywhere without compromising the size pallet that can be loaded through the gate.
Our pallet gate has twice the steel than other rollover gates, providing added durability against unforgiving forklift operators, and makes warehouse personals feel safe.

Standard Mezz Gate Features:
- Has side barrier panels and a double sided gate that pivots allowing access to one side at a time.
- Fast to install, very sturdy and easy to use
- To open the gate, simply roll the gate back, exposing the load area to the forklift operator.
- Place pallet on the load area and roll the gate into the closed position leaving the pallet accessible to be removed with a pallet jack or unstacked.
- Everyone is kept safe with no exposed edges.
- Rise and lower very smoothly
