Davco 2 Part Rapid

Davco 2 Part Rapid is a high performance, dual component, rapid setting tile adhesive that is specially formulated for installing all types of tiles and stone material including moisture sensitive stones to various wall & floor substrates. Davco 2 Part Rapid has a C2FS1 classification when tested in accordance to BS ISO 13007:2010

USES:
- Davco 2 PART RAPID is ideal for use on walls and floors in interior and exterior applications, especially for floors in high traffic areas.
- Walls - Davco 2 PART RAPID can be used to fix tiles onto concrete, cement renders, screeds, blockwork, rendered brickwork, fibre cement sheet, gyprock and compatible waterproofing membranes.
- Floors - Davco 2 PART RAPID can be used to fix tiles on concrete, cement screeds, compatible waterproofing membranes, correctly installed compressed fibre cement sheet floor systems that have been approved for tiling and timber floors provided that a fibre cement sheet tile underlay is first installed.
- Suitable to use on screed cured for 24hours and suitable for undertile heating.
- Davco 2 PART RAPID is recommended for the fixing of all types of ceramic, mosaic, vitrified, porcelain, terracotta, slate, quarry, granite and marble tiles including moisture sensitive stones.
It is also suitable to use for tiling over existing tiles.
- Davco 2 PART RAPID is a high bond strength adhesive.
Its fast setting properties makes it well suited for tiling jobs where the floor need to be in service within a short time of being laid.
- Davco 2 Part Rapid is recommended for immersed conditions such as swimming pools and spas.
- Davco 2 PART RAPID is particularly useful to adhere stone that is moisture sensitive requiring a fast setting shrinkage compensated adhesive.
