Lake View Garden Bar & Restaurant was a project undertaken by designer Rita Millat to turn an 1843 Victorian house into a cosy and welcoming pub.

The design brief was to create a Lake District pub with a modern twist that would make everyone feel at home. The design concept was to use an industrial style reusing and upcycling some of the house's key features such as beams and pillars, creating a place that people would remember and come back to.

The Havwoods product used in the project was Beck Rustic from the Relik collection, chosen for its aged wooden appearance. The flooring added character and depth to the space, creating a memorable and inviting atmosphere.
