Intergrain Industrial Interior Clear Matt is a water based, low VOC, high performance, interior grade clear varnish, suitable for use vertical and horizontal glue laminated timber (GLT) beams and vertical and overhead cross laminated timber (CLT) components. Resistant to chemicals, oils, mild solvents and withstands abrasion, scuffing and scratching in high traffic areas. Intergrain Industrial Interior Clear Matt also contains low level
UV absorbers which makes it suitable for Mass Laminated timber components that are installed directly behind glazed curtainwall systems and can be used as an end grain sealer prior to or during construction. The low levels of VOC makes the product GBCA compliant.
Intergrain Industrial Interior Clear Matt also contains high-performance bonding technology to minimise preparation of previously finished components.
The product is available in 15L plastic packaging, compliant with DuluxGroup's Project Earth recycling program initiative.
Environmentally responsible: Being water based, Intergrain Industrial Interior Clear Matt emits significantly less VOC’s than traditional oil based exterior clear finishes and meets emission standards for Greenstar and contains no Red List raw materials.
