Pasco Hypercryl 363 is a siliconised acrylic latex sealant designed for both interior and exterior use. It forms a tough, flexible and resilient bond to most building material surfaces. Once fully cured it forms a flexible seal that exhibits excellent resistance to water, weathering and moisture vapour, with excellent UV resistance.
Hypercryl 363 has been tested and approved in accordance to ASTM C-834-76.

Application Instructions
Substrate Preparation
All surfaces must be clean, dry, sound and free from dust, oil, rust, old sealant or any other contamination. Avoid contamination of waterproofing, form release and curing agents.
Joint Design
Open cell polyethylene backing rod shall be used to control the depth of the joint sealant application to the recommended thickness. Correct joint design is necessary to ensure sealants do not split or tear.
The size of the closed cell backing rod used shall allow for 25% compression when inserted into the joint.
