UP! BERLIN HONOURED WITH GERMAN DESIGN AWARD 2022!

UP! Berlin has received the GERMAN DESIGN AWARD 2022 in the category Excellent Architecture/Eco Design.

There are no coincidences when we talk about top performance!

According to the design of the Argentinian architect Martin Jasper, an old department stores' was transformed into a highly modern, transparent office building. The 9 storeys with 78 terraces are highlighted by the four deep cuts in the building envelope. On sunny days, the façade reflects all the colours and stands out from its surroundings.

The basement of the building houses the Combilift 551 semi-automatic parking system from WÖHR. This created 69 additional parking spaces on two levels. 10% of them are also equipped with an e-charging system.
