After years of designing, renovating and building other people’s dream homes, they have finally turned to work on their beautiful Family home – Bayview One.
Their gallery-style kitchen provides ample storage under the bench while keeping the area free from overhead cupboards, giving the area a lot of breathing space and highlighting the shape of the house. The duo paid a lot of attention to the natural light in the kitchen area, creating light wells to capture the morning eastern sun.
The centre of the kitchen is a long white island bench completed with beautiful details on the side and accompanied by a cosy family sitting area at the end of the benchtop.
The kitchen opens up to quite a large scullery where the family keeps all the functional items and one of the family’s favourite appliances in the kitchen – Zip HydroTap. The couple chose a timeless Arc design with filtered boiling, chilled and sparkling water. The tap not only complements the scullery's stylish design but also gives the residents and their guests the opportunity to stay efficiently hydrated.
