Nitobond AR is single component milky emulsions based upon modified acrylic type resins.
It is resistant to hydrolysis and therefore can be used in external or internal applications.
Uses
Nitobond AR is used with Fosroc’s Concrete Repair System. This is either used as a concrete primer or bonding agent prior to applying the repair mortar or as a curing membrane over the applied mortar. For advice on which Nitobond product to use with which repair mortar, please refer to the separate repair mortar data sheet.
Advantages:
- Single component No mixing required on site.
- Easy to use Ready to use as supplied straight from the container.
- High bond strength Excellent bond strength between polymer modified mortars and concrete.
- Cost effective Nitobond AR does not need to be removed and is cost effective, when repaired areas are being overcoated with Dekguard anti-carbonation coatings.
