OPTIMIX F50 Easy Screed is a premixed cementitious mortar specially designed for granolithic screed and floor screed. It is formulated to be low shrinkage to minimize the formation of surface cracks and to provide a level, wear-resisting and long lasting surface. OPTIMIX F50 is used for overcoming common problems of the existing ready-mixed floor screed or site-mixed sand/cement screed including inconsistent drying time, dusting, cracking and debonding.
