OPTIMIX FS151 Floor Screed is a high quality pre-mixed cement-based floor screed. When water is added, it readily blends to produce a homogeneous mortar and apply as floor screed over concrete substrate. OPTIMIX FS151 is specially formulated to provide good workability for efficient floor laying applications together with low shrinkage to minimize the formation of surface cracking. It has been designed to provide a materials solution to overcome common problems of slow drying time, dusting, cracking and debonding associated with the existing ready-mixed floor screed and site-mixed sand/cement screed.

TYPICAL USAGE
- Levelling screed of typical thickness of 10-50mm for rough and uneven concrete floors.
- Internal and external screed applications for floor slabs, car-park decks, staircases, corridors, walkways, etc.
- Screed to receive common floor finishes such as ceramic tiles, homogeneous tiles, natural stone panels, re-constituted stone panels, etc.
- It is recommended to apply OPTIMIX SF818 Self-levelling Underlayment or SF828 Self-levelling Overlayment over FS151 if a very smooth surface is required.
