OPTIMIX FS192 Floor Screed (Lightweight) is a premium quality pre-mixed lightweight cement-based screeding material over concrete substrate. It fully complies with the Building (Minor Works) Regulation Cap 123N Item 3.42 for thickening of floor slab of a domestic flat with solid screed. OPTIMIX FS192 can replace the traditional ready-mixed or site-batched air-entrained floor screed.

TYPICAL USAGE
- Levelling screed of typical thickness of 25 – 150 mm for rough and uneven concrete floors.
- For floor escalation to desired level of residential and commercial buildings for install and embedding drainage system & cable trunking.
- Flat and lightweight screed surface to receive common floor finishes such as ceramic tiles, homogeneous tiles, granite or marble tiles, etc.
- For internal applications.
