A three-star hotel was acquired in March 2015, located on Yunnan Road in the Huangpu District of Shanghai, converting and upgrading it into a boutique office building named The Konnect. Huangpu District is Shanghai's most mature central business district, and the project is a one-minute walk from Dashijie Station on Shanghai Metro Line 8.
After acquisition, we completed project approval, construction and upgrading in only one year. A 93% occupancy rate was achieved before the renovation was completed, and the project attracted the world-famous co-working leader WeWork. The project was successfully exited in October 2016.
