Project Overview
The project is located in Panyu District, the main city of Guangzhou, next to Xinguang Expressway, which can directly reach various districts of Guangzhou within half an hour. It is adjacent to Shiguang Road Station of Line 22 (under construction), and one stop directly leads to Guangzhou South Railway Station. The multi-dimensional traffic reaches the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Greater Bay Area.
Relying on the Panyu Shiqiao plate, the project enjoys mature supporting resources, and is adjacent to Dafushan Forest Park and Jinshan Lake Cultural Park, with superior natural resources.
Poly Yue Mansion is the first Well2.0 complex and community crafted by Poly in a mature area of Panyu.
The design team organically integrates the natural forest with the light luxury resort life concept, and simulates the original natural environment in a brand-new site, allowing people to return to peace and tranquility from the hustle and bustle of the whole day. The design language abandons flashiness, and de-symbolization presents a secretive and low-key top-level sense of customization.
The sense of dignity and ritual of returning home comes from the symbol and recognition of the identity of the occupants.
The entrance of the demonstration area is also used as the permanent main entrance of the large area. The symmetrical square and large-scale waterscape highlight the sense of homecoming ceremony. The tree pool and waterscape with unified design language, combined with exquisite and smart art sculptures, redefine the city interface.
The façade of the gate uses white and dark gray stone as a contrast between white space and depth. The gray wall is formed with a diamond-shaped cutting process to form a unique texture.
After crossing the gate is the first garden of returning home.
The designer uses free levels, and the Zen-like water court space skillfully digests the height difference of the site.
The meandering greenery and cascading water features transform the tough and rational space in the front field into a soft, natural and sensual space.
The transformation of the water court space directs the melodious ups and downs for people's mood.
The wind and rain corridor connects the gate and the living room, and the waterscape and greenery are interspersed in it. Through the front and rear settings of the curve, and the different collocations of landscape stones and plants, the effect of changing scenery is achieved.
The control of the relationship between scale and proportion makes people experience and feel in the most comfortable and natural state.
Going forward through the water court, a large area of blue appears in front of you.
The modern and advanced white swimming pool and white deck chairs floating in the water create a fresh and natural holiday atmosphere in the open and pure space.
The free and winding white frame not only takes into account the functions of management and dressing rooms, but also connects various independent functional areas to create a rich spatial experience.
