As an urban redevelopment project located at Tai Kwok Tsui, Kowloon, the development is a mixed-use residential / commercial project jointly owned and developed by Urban Renewal Authority (URA) and Sun Hung Kei (SHK) Real Estate Agency Ltd. The major components of the project consist of a commercial podium with 3 floors of shopping space and two floors of basement carpark, and a residential tower with a total of 377 units on 36 storeys. There are also two floors of the club house for the use of the residents. In addition to the main structure, there is an ancillary block with 3 storey high reserved for the use of community facilities.
