Line Array 2 x 8"+ 1"
With the U LINE, T LINE and P LINE KS AUDIO has established a reputation as a producer of excellent line array systems for professional users. With the smaller C LINE in the passive or self-powered version, KS AUDIO extends its program with a system that meets the requirements for both high sound quality and simple handling.
The system comprises two 8” neodymium speakers with carbon fiber reinforced membrane, a driver with 1 3/4” mylar ring diaphragm and a prepositioned cylindrical waveguide. This combination was originally designed for the KSdigital ADM0 large-space studio monitor, which has already proved its outstanding qualities.
A system that can be applied successfully in every field of application: sound reinforcement for theaters, live-music stages, comprehensive or decentralized sound coverage for large rooms and tents, delay system for remote areas, or as a ground stack in combination with KS AUDIO subwoofers.
The combination of the individual elements into a line array and the therefore required pre-correction were fundamentally researched by KS AUDIO during the development of the T LINE and also implemented for the C LINE.
Like any KS AUDIO system, cabinet construction is made of multi-layered birch multiplex and has a structured PU coating. Protective steel grids with or without acoustic foam are another feature of this high-quality product. The fly-ware requires no external components and is easily and securely locked in position by ball lock pins.
