ARDEX X77 is a premium, high performance polymer-modified wall and floor tile adhesive especially formulated with Microtec Technology to give exceptional properties of adhesion. It is fibre reinforced, thereby creating an adhesive with superior slump resistance and double extended open time. Some of its features include:
• Ideal for all tile types on floors and walls.
• Highly flexible adhesive (S1 classification) that can be mixed with ARDEX E90 for improved durability (S2 classification).
• Resistance to water and frost.
• Up to double extended open time and slump resistance.
• Reduced risk of efflorescence due to the addition of special additives.
• Low VOC content – complies with the Green Building Council of Australia Green Star IEQ-13 requirements.
Product Application:
• Suitable for internal and external use in wall and floor applications including swimming pools and wet areas.
• Especially suited to high performance situations with heavy pedestrian traffic, e.g. shopping centres.
