A Bridge of Lights-Discovering Malaysia’s Stunning Pintasan Saloma

Pintasan Saloma is a pedestrian bridge connecting the modern central business district of Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) and the traditional residential-centric enclave of Kampong Bharu, previously separated by the Klang River and the six-lane Ampang Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway. The project includes reconfiguring Jalan Saloma with wider pedestrian walkway, better landscaping, street furniture and lighting. Elevator for universal access, staircase with special bicycle track, public plaza that links to the nearby LRT station are also incorporated at the Kampung Bharu end.
