Seamless Vinyl Flooring Solution at Lovet VivoCity

Located within VivoCity, Lovet’s latest flagship store reflects the evolution of the Singapore-based fashion brand from a digital-first retailer to a curated in-store experience. Founded in 2013, Lovet is known for its minimalist, versatile apparel designed in-house, offering customers accessible, trend-driven fashion with a strong focus on quality and comfort. 

For this 200m2 retail space, Rooot Studio was engaged to replicate and elevate the seamless aesthetic achieved in Lovet’s ION Orchard flagship. The design intent centres on creating a calm, cohesive environment through soft beige tones and a subtle, wave-inspired flow that guides customers through the store. A key requirement was achieving a continuous, grout-free flooring finish to eliminate visual interruptions and enhance the minimalist design language.

To bring this vision to life, Polyflor’s Palettone in Natural Cotton (8621) was selected. Its warm, neutral tone aligned closely with the desired palette, while its smooth, joint-free installation created a refined and uninterrupted surface across the space. Expertly installed by Trillium Contracts, the flooring enhances both the visual clarity and functionality of the store. 

Palettone delivers more than just aesthetic appeal. Its high-quality vinyl construction provides a durable, hard-wearing surface suited to the demands of a busy retail environment, maintaining its appearance under constant foot traffic. The seamless finish not only contributes to a cleaner, more refined look but also simplifies maintenance by removing grout lines where dirt and debris can accumulate.
