FIND - Global Summit 2025: Where Design Leadership Meets the Asian Market

FIND - Global Summit returns in 2025 with its most expansive edition yet, uniting leading voices in design, architecture, and business to decode Asia’s shifting creative landscape. Across three days, a rockstar line-up of over 60 speakers from 23 countries will explore how creativity can address urgent global challenges and shape more intelligent, inclusive, and impactful built environments.
Held from 11 to 13 September 2025 at Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre during Singapore Design Week, the summit builds on its 2024 edition, which attracted more than 2,600 attendees.
The programme gathers internationally recognised firms including Büro Ole Scheeren, Geberit, Gensler, HBA, Henning Larsen, Marriott International, Ramboll, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo (WATG), and Zaha Hadid Architects. From Tokyo to London, Prague to Bangkok, and Shanghai to Milan, speakers promise to spark dialogue, innovation, and meaningful collaboration.
“As organisers, we have to stay agile and ready to pivot alongside the industry - especially through dialogue and collaboration,” says Carl Press, Event Director, FIND - Design Fair Asia. “Our aim is to spark exchanges with the 2025 edition of the summit that extend far beyond the show and help move the industry forward.”
The 2025 programme is shaped around three thematic pillars: Architectural Frontiers, exploring how Asia-Pacific is reshaping global architecture through technology, heritage, and circular design; The Asia-Pacific Blueprint, highlighting the region’s rise as a design epicentre through artisanal craftsmanship and cultural depth; and Transforming Spaces, showcasing how luxury and hospitality are evolving into purposeful, human-centred environments.
Keynotes include Simon Yu of Zaha Hadid Architects on Urban Transformation: Architecture as a Catalyst for Change, outlining strategies for revitalising fragmented cities through regeneration and community activation. Hossein Rezai-Jorabi of Ramboll follows with One Past, Many Futures, Multiple Presents, examining how foresight and system design can build resilient presents and regenerative futures. Tokyo-based Keiji Ashizawa presents Layering Volumes: A Holistic Approach to Space and Object, while Mario Cucinella brings his internationally acclaimed perspective on climate-conscious architecture.
The insights sessions address Asia’s urban and cultural future. Connie Wan (Büro Ole Scheeren) and Angela Spathonis (Gensler) discuss sustainable transit-oriented development. Bernd Michael Schernau (Henning Larsen) explores greenery in dense urban environments as a strategy for liveability. Other highlights include the future of civic architecture, AI’s role in design practice, and the bathroom’s evolution from utility to sanctuary.
Retail and hospitality also take centre stage. Moderated by Summit Content Chair Yoko Choy, Retail as Destination examines how Asian retail spaces merge culture, commerce, and community. In Global Signatures: Where Opulence Meets Purposeful Design, Erin Juhl (EDG Hospitality Design + Branding) and Aldwin Ong (CCD) explore how luxury can reflect identity, purpose, and place.
Further sessions showcase Czech design identity, and hospitality’s shift toward meaningful, narrative-led spaces.
With its global roster and sharp focus on Asia’s pivotal role in shaping design, the summit promises to be a landmark industry gathering. Complimentary pre-registration is open until 10 September; on-site entry at S$39.
