The early morning started off at Vivo Headquarters in Shenzhen. This is an incredible opportunity and a truly inspiring experience guided by Vivian Ngo, AIA, Principal of NBBJ. Participants include representatives from academics, clients and practitioners. The building design is nature-infused and redefines the next generation of workplace by prioritizing employees’ well-being. The exclusive access accompanied by Vivan’s informative and vivid voice navigation has been enlightening for the participants.
The most impressive and innovative design features include an elegant spiral of cascading green terraces and collaborative office spaces fostering interaction. The horizontal glazing system broadens ocean vistas. Each facade is divided into a vision panel and light shelf, balancing performance with panoramic bay and city views.
