Formceal 3000X is a self adhesive bituminous/asphalt membrane for all types of waterproofing requirements. Formceal 3000X is protected by a cross laminated high density polyethylene film giving it a unique combination of mechanical and physical properties such as high resistance to acids, alkalies and pollutants.
The grey colour HDPE film serves as a signal layer to spot accidental damage of the membrane by enabling the black bitumen through the grey film to be visible.
The grey colour film reduces solar gain during installation. The solar film is tested to ASTM C1549-09.
Formceal 3000X exhibits a self sealing action if it is punctured by nails or accidentally cut, the membrane will re-seal on contact and maintaining water tight.
