QUICSEAL 178 is a two component, hydrophilic Acrylic-Polyurethane injection gel, which stops water ingress. QUICSEAL 178 is mixed and injected using a high pressure twin pump to produce a flexible gel. It is ideal to seal both dry and wet cracks in concrete structures. The reaction time of QUICSEAL 178 is within 1 minute after mixing of component A and B.
Uses :
Sealing both dry and wet cracks in
- masonry and concrete
- diaphragm walls
- precast sections,
- underground and civil engineering
Application:
Begin the injection at the point of highest resistance to ensure good penetration. Start from the lowest point on a vertical crack and the narrowest area on a horizontal surface.
The packers shall be removed within 24 hours and the holes shall be patched. If necessary, remove the excess cured grout that flowed out from the crack using a grinder.
