CHARACTERISTICS
High-performance board with a gypsum core containing special additives for moisture and mold resistance, reinforced with glass mats on both surfaces and finished with a UV-resistant coating, providing outstanding performance in a humid environment.
Glass mats ensure a strong bond with the gypsum core, creating a monolithic board of high strength, solidity, and exceptional integrity.
MOISTURE AND MOLD RESISTANCE
• Water absorption ≤5% (H1) in accordance to BS EN 520 Class H1
• Surface water absorption <45g/m2 in accordance to BS EN 520
• Scored 10/10 (no mold) for mold resistance in accordance to ASTM D3273
• Water vapour diffusion resistance 18.2μ
STRENGTH AND STABILITY
• Thermal expansion = 0.8 x 10-5 °C-1 in accordance to BS EN 14581
• Moisture expansion = 0.005 mm/m.1%RH (30-90% RH) in accordance to BS EN 12467
• Longitudinal flexural strength ≥ 540 N
