Use
- High elasticity and excellent bond strength make it ideal for tanking and waterproofing structures to provide an impervious treatment for concrete and brick foundations, wet areas, roofs, retaining walls, ground floors suspended floors, etc
- Provides an effective horizontal damproof membrane in solid floor construction, thus protect against moisture from the ground or as a vapour barrier in areas of humidity
- Particularly suitable for external protection in areas where aggressive soils and contaminated ground water prevail
- Unaffected by total submersion under water thereby suitable for the treatment of pools, fountains and planters
Properties
- Ready to use, no on site mixing required
- Exhibits excellent elastomeric properties which can easily accommodate all normal building movements to ensure permanence of waterproof seal
- Excellent adhesion to most horizontal and vertical surfaces including concrete, felt and metal
- Can be easily applied to damp substrate without risk of foaming, resulting in a dry film with no loss of mechanical properties
- Almost immediate resistant to rain and once dry can sustain total submersion
- Provides outstanding external protection against aggressive soils and contaminated ground water
