Harmony Commons at University of Toronto Scarborough is now Passive House certified

We are thrilled to announce that Harmony Commons at the University of Toronto Scarborough is officially Passive House certified, making it the largest Passive House certified student residence in the world! We are grateful to the University for their climate-forward approach to design and construction.
