Billi Pty Ltd is excited to announce on the 1st April 2018, full title and ownership of the Billi Group of companies, including our UK and Australian operations, will pass to Waterlogic International.

Waterlogic is a multi-national company headquartered in the UK with businesses throughout the world. Waterlogic will acquire Billi as part of its global strategy for growth in the B2B drinking water market offering Billi greater opportunities to further enhance the brand and product range into international markets.

As part of the change of ownership our company name will change from Billi Pty Ltd to Billi Australia
Pty Ltd.
