Project Overview: Oasis Residences, located in South Melbourne, is a high-end residential development designed by Hayball architects and constructed by Roberts Co. The project features 19 storeys with 138 residential apartments and 97 serviced apartments, offering premium amenities such as a rooftop infinity pool, private cinema, and a large gym.

Fytogreen's Contribution: Fytogreen played a crucial role in enhancing the greenery and aesthetic appeal of Oasis Residences. Working together with Tract, who produced the landscape design and species selection, Fytogreen offered invaluable advice, supplied and installed various planters across multiple levels of the building.

Details of Planters Supplied:

• Level 19 Blockwork and LDPE Planters:
  • 134m² of blockwork planters at 620mm height
  • 91m² of blockwork planters at 1020mm height
  • 21 Planter G units (400mmL x 400mmW x 400mmH)
• Level 12 Aluminium Planters:
  • 56 custom-sized aluminium planters designed to suit the façade facets
• Level 5 Aluminium Planters:
  • 100 custom-sized aluminium planters designed to suit the façade facets
• Ground Floor Blockwork Planters:
  • 16m² of blockwork planters at 1410mm height
  • 27m² of blockwork planters at 1090mm height
  • 12m² of blockwork planters at 780mm height

Fytogreen's extensive range of planters, tailored to various levels and design requirements, significantly contributed to the lush and inviting environment of Oasis Residences, enhancing both its aesthetic and functional appeal.
