Project Highlight | Triptych Village Vines

Fytogreen was engaged to take over a deteriorating green facade installation at Triptych Village Vines that had been underperforming for several years. The facade was experiencing inconsistent growth, plant loss and species that were not suited to the site conditions.

In 2022, our team undertook a comprehensive diagnostic review and rectification program.
Key works included:

• Assessing planter infrastructure and irrigation performance
• Identifying the underlying causes of plant decline
• Developing a revised planting strategy suited to the site’s orientation, light levels and microclimate
• Retaining viable Cissus antarctica while introducing resilient species including Hoya carnosa and Hoya pubicalyx

Following rectification works, Fytogreen implemented an ongoing maintenance program to stabilise growth and support long-term facade performance.

Within six months, the transformation was clear - improved density, consistent vertical growth and a revitalised facade performing as intended.
