Lendlease’s Retirement and Aged Care Project in Ascot forms a critical and much needed component of the regeneration of the large tracts of land surrounding the horse racing facilities in Eagle Farm and Doomben. The development will deliver a significant place that integrates with the wider Brisbane Racing Club precinct to create a vibrant meaningful place to live, engage and age in place.
The underlying intention of the masterplan design is to create a series of private inner garden sanctuaries for residents and visitors which are visually connected to the open spaces of the existing racetrack. Marchese Partners are excited to be collaborating on this project with Lendlease. The Development Application has been submitted and Design Development is underway.
