Lendlease’s Retirement and Aged Care Project in Ascot forms a critical and much needed component of the regeneration of the large tracts of land surrounding the horse racing facilities in Eagle Farm and Doomben. The development will deliver a significant place that integrates with the wider Brisbane Racing Club precinct to create a vibrant meaningful place to live, engage and age in place.
The underlying intention of the masterplan design is to create a series of private inner garden sanctuaries for residents and visitors which are visually connected to the open spaces of the existing racetrack.
