Grey Space have worked closely with Vacenti, a very experienced Residential Aged Care and Retirement Operator client as well as Marjon Constructions to deliver a key new addition to the Cleveland City CBD. BSI and BRW services consultants have worked collaboratively with the Grey Space and construction team to develop the design further to suit the input of other stakeholders and refine the infrastructure and services aspects of the site.
