This lavish space greets potential clients with an elegant reception counter made from the combination of fine marble and rose gold cladding, as well as a table lamp from Vibia on its ledge for added warmth. This space foregrounds the experience of posh craftsmanship, which is presented through the polished marble floor, colour changing multi coloured membrane ceiling and a custom designed rose gold feature wall, complemented by the picturesque natural greenery outside as a perfect backdrop. This wall features an installation of tri angled stars carefully made to represent dreams becoming reality, giving the space a bold, strong and impressive impact upon stepping foot into the space.
Inspired by luxury and elegance, guests are lead into the exhibition space. An eye catching casual seating area on the right is propped up by a larger than normal custom made rug, with patterns representing flowing water, bringing in the outdoor water feature. This casual and comfortable area is then contrasted nicely with the slightly more formal viewing space. On the ceiling above, the two spaces are visually tied together with the same angled stars as the reception area, making an impactful focal point which also conveniently conceals the overhead air conditioning. The centralised architectural model stand of the masterplan is cladded in mirror and concealed lighting to provide a floating effect. After viewing the purposefully tilted lifestyle posters and marketing panels, visitors can choose to relax and mingle at the swanky cocktail bar area, which is decked out with bar stools covered in lush velvet, a dark marble bar island and smooth dark wood surroundings which also doubles up as a buffet area during events.
Moving on, the space also includes a multipurpose area at the far end which is creatively designed on a platform equipped with large LED panels to be able to cater for various events from product launches to press conferences. This space is finished with a specially designed copper cloud sculpture and a video wall with concealed light backing.
