The axis, circulation and visual connectivity are focused upon the existing palm tree, which can be seen as you enter the house, and navigates the occupant through the space.
The parent’s bedroom is located upstairs as to be advantageous of the coastal view and away from the children’s bedrooms downstairs. The client requested a luxurious ensuite to resemble the one they experienced on their honeymoon with views from the bathtub.
