Prosperity REIT owns a diverse portfolio of seven properties in the decentralized business districts of Hong Kong, comprising all, or a portion of: Three Grade A office buildings - The Metropolis Tower - Prosperity Millennia Plaza - 9 Chong Yip Street One commercial building - Prosperity Place Two industrial/office buildings - Trendy Centre - Prosperity Center (portion) One industrial building - New Treasure Centre (portion) The total gross rentable area is 1,275,153 sq. ft., with a total of 498 car park spaces. Through Prosperity REIT, investors can have direct exposure to the future potentials arising from the policies of the Hong Kong government to foster another Central Business District in Kowloon East. Prosperity REIT is managed by  ARA Asset Management (Prosperity) Limited  (“The REIT Manager”), a highly experienced and visionary management team. The REIT Manager focuses on optimizing returns from the existing asset base of Prosperity REIT through proactive asset management and multi-dimensional growth strategies. In addition, the REIT Manager actively seeks to acquire properties that are yield accretive for the benefits of unitholders.
