Diligence Group  started out as a small firm over 20 years ago and during this time our services have expanded oversees accumulating in projects of over $100 million. We have delivered numerous strategic and creative commercial interior fit-out and construction solutions to clients all over Hong Kong and China that bring positive impact on their ideas, goals, objectives and environments. Being an accountable consultant and project manager, we work closely with every aspect within the project. With our vast experience and expertise in building successful projects, our services will ensure that the project will be on schedule, within budget and will be coordinated by ourselves from start to finish. Diligence Group  consists of a team of passionate and multidisciplinary designers and construction professionals ,who will collaborate their expertise to bring upon the best possible outcome to the project. With technical expertise and project management backgrounds based on an innovative design and construction model, our project manager will communicate with our client throughout the entire process — from managing subcontractors to preparing zoning variances. This is to create efficient communication with our client, and share knowledge which ensures no delay on delivery, reduce risk, and save costs for our client.
