In 1978, when James Dyson used a vacuum cleaner to clean the studio, he was very troubled by the declining suction. After disassembling the vacuum cleaner, he found that the dust bag inside the fuselage would be blocked by the dust, causing the suction to weaken. He was inspired by the cyclone device in the factory that used centrifugal force to separate paint particles. He couldn't help but start thinking: can the same principle be applied to vacuum cleaners?
He started his own research and development work. After 5,127 experimental models, he finally succeeded in inventing the world's first bagless vacuum cleaner.
