A keystone project of HK government’s re-industrialisation strategy, to achieve the vision of “Innovated, Designed and Made in Hong Kong”. AMC provides a total floor area of 1.1 million square ft. of agile and smart production facilities for high end manufacturing industries.
THE PROJECT
AMC is Asia’s first multi-industry advanced manufacturing facility integrated with automated and smart logistics solutions in partnership with logistic leader DB Schenker.
THE SOLUTION
Started in early stage, worked with Project Architect to Specify the Performance properties of all Fosroc Basement and Superstructure Waterproofing Systems. Product names not allowed to be shown in Specifications.
Worked with applicator to secure the project. Coordination between Sales Team and Spec Team to prevent Specification Breaking by competitors.
THE BENEFITS
The early entry to this project and Fosroc’s good relationship with Main Contractor allow Sales of comprehensive product ranges including Grout, Repair Mortar, Surface Treatment, Waterstops, Joint Sealant etc.
Product Sales Values of > HK$ 10,000,000 (US$ 1.29 M) with more than 22 Fosroc products supplied.
Proofex Engage and Proofex Sheetdrain 100, provided a highly secure Waterproofing and Drainage Protection
Fosroc Polyurea WPE, provided a high- grade Root Resistance Waterproofing.
